Repeat Prescriptions
Did you know you can order your Repeat Prescription via Online Services?
The easiest, safest and quickest way to order your Repeat Prescription is online. There is no need to make a phone call or visit us; instead Computer/Laptop, Smartphone, iPad or Tablet users can request their Repeat Prescription anywhere, 24 hours a day, seven days a week - All year round!
You can also arrange to collect your prescription or have it delivered to your home directly from a pharmacy of your choice. (Please Note you will need to contact your chosen pharmacy directly to arrange this service).
Patient Online Services are a quicker alternative process that is more convenient for you!

How to order you Repeat Prescription if you cannot access Online Services:
Please request Repeat Prescriptions in writing or by using the tear off request portion of your previous prescription. If you no longer have the tear off portion of your last prescription a Prescription request form can be found at the front desk at each surgery.
. To assist a timely turnaround of repeat prescription requests always include:
- Your Full Name
- Your Date of Birth
- Your NHS Number if known
- Your Home address
- Full List of the Names of the Medication you are Requesting including Strength/Dose.
Housebound Patients:
If you are housebound and are unable to access Online Services you can request your Repeat Prescription Via Telephone. Please contact the surgery via telephone (Mon-Fri) and press the option for 'Repeat Prescriptions'.
Please Note: The Surgery will not accept any requests for repeat prescriptions over the telephone if you are not housebound.
Collecting your Repeat Prescription:
Your prescription will be available to collect from the surgery / sent to your nominated pharmacy two working days after the day of request.
